In order to further explore the transformation and upgrading of the company’s new material industry, at the invitation of the Bengbu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Anhui Province, on September 26, 2020, on the third day after the opening of the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Conch Venture participated in the Bengbu branch of the Bengbu Sub-venue of the on-site promotion meeting for enhancing high-quality development momentum and the province’s implementation of the "six stability" major projects.
Guo Wensan, former party secretary and chairman of Anhui Conch Group, Guo Jingbin, chairman of Conch Venture, and Li Jian, deputy general manager of Conch Venture; Wang Yingchun, secretary of Bengbu Municipal Party Committee, and Li Rongjie, chairman of Fengyuan Group, attended the event.
Fengyuan Group is a domestic large-scale bio-fermentation engineering technology company. It controls and operates the listed company Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and its subordinate industrial companies such as Fengyuan Chemical, Fengyuan Biology, and Fengyuan Gelatin.

After many negotiations, Conch Venture intends to explore a combination of equity and industry cooperation in lactic acid and polylactic acid projects with Fengyuan Chemical. After the mobilization, the two sides signed a cooperation framework agreement witnessed by the main leaders of the Bengbu Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government.
In the afternoon, Deng Xiangyang, member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, made a special trip to Fengyuan Group to learn about the planning and implementation of the PLA project, and had a cordial conversation with Guo Wensan, Guo Jingbin, etc., hoping that Conch Venture and Fengyuan Group would cooperate strongly. Promote the development of polylactic acid projects and help Bengbu build a leading bio-based material capital and an international polylactic acid industrial cluster.
