        The Northwest First Municipal Waste Incineration Via Cement Kiln Project Starts in Pingliang

        In late November, The northwest first municipal waste incineration via cement kiln project formally starts in Pingliang.

        The total investment of project is 120 million yuan, planning and construction of two sets of system which can dispose 300 tons municipal waste per day individually and related supporting facilities. The project mainly depends on the conch cement kiln system, using the gasification technology to change waste gas into combustible gas, then going into the new dry process cement kiln system’s calciner to effect the complete combustion of waste gas .Since the entire process don't need to waste classification and won't appear "secondary pollution", it has many advantages such as heat energy recycling, entire disposing and high comprehensive utilization of resource, etc. The project meets the need of market and development of local economy.

        Pingliang municipal party committee and municipal government pay close attention to the livelihood of the people, environmental enhancement, and promoting local economy development. Therefore, Pingliang municipal government regards the project as a key project. Pingliang government leaders have surveyed many times, vice mayor Yangjun in the survey said, it has significance of improving the urban and rural living environment , developing circular economy and speeding up the construction of ecological city through using conch venture company’s municipal waste incineration via cement kiln project. Pingliang government will fully support the project construction.

        Currently, the project has obtained approval for the record, planning permit of construction engineering, etc. The first phase of construction is scheduled to be completed constructed and put into operation in September 2014.
